Optimizing Quality: Effective Approaches to Improving the Health of Children in Poverty and Frail Elders provides a comprehensive summary of the perspectives and experience with the QIC model from over 40 national experts and how it relates to these populations.

Options for expanding the use of Quality Improvement Collaboratives and related Quality approaches to achieve further improvements in the quality of care and systems serving frail elders and children in communities of poverty are discussed in detail in the full report, provided below.
